The Regional Development Network (RDN) receives funding from the Fondation Lucie et André Chagnon (FLAC) to support collective efforts to reduce poverty and social exclusion in English-speaking communities across Québec’s regions. 

Through its network of regional member organizations, RDN supports communities in bringing together residents, community organizations, municipalities, institutions, and other local partners to identify priorities and take collective action. Together, they strengthen community participation, foster social inclusion, reduce systemic barriers, and build the relationships and local capacity needed to address poverty and exclusion. 

At the provincial level, RDN contributes to knowledge development and collective learning by supporting research, documenting promising practices, sharing community-based knowledge, and promoting evidence-informed approaches to poverty reduction and social inclusion. Through collaboration with community and provincial partners, RDN helps ensure that the realities and experiences of English-speaking communities are reflected in broader discussions, strategies, and approaches to reducing poverty and social exclusion across Québec.
