A network of regional groups working collaboratively for the socio-economic development of English-speaking communities across Quebec.
“The organizations that have come together to form RDN serve communities that face multiple socio-economic challenges while working in a minority language setting that is often not given due recognition. RDN was formed with the primary purpose of working collaboratively with organizations to assist in the development of regional English-speaking communities.”
– Brigitte Wellens, President, RDN
Founding Members
Members of RDN serve a defined territory within the province of Quebec yet do not have a provincial mandate, and fulfill a generalist role, which is to say they are involved in more than one sector of socio-economic development activity on behalf of their community.
