October 28: Capturing the Impacts of Our Work
This webinar will introduce practical ways for participants to identify, capture, and communicate the impacts of their community work. We will explore what meaningful impact looks like, what information is useful to collect, and simple approaches for documenting changes and results. The session will help participants better demonstrate the value of their work to communities, partners, and funders.
December 9: Turning Everyday Data Into Better Programs
Move beyond “What do we have to report?” to “What are we learning?” Explore a simple, low-burden approach to using program information for learning, improvement, and stronger community impact, not just funder reporting. Leave with practical approaches you can start using right away.
February 17: Community Leadership
This webinar will encourage participants to recognize themselves as community leaders, regardless of their job title or responsibilities. We will explore what community leadership looks like in practice and the skills, qualities, and behaviours that contribute to effective leadership. The session will conclude by identifying participants’ own leadership strengths.

Strong partnerships are the foundation of community development. Learn how to identify strategic partners, build relationships that go beyond individual projects, and strengthen collaboration to achieve lasting impact in your community.
