The Empowering Community Leadership: Critical Support Toolkit and Training Series is a project to support and empower current and future community leaders (volunteers and staff) in Québec’s official minority language community. The objective is to develop their knowledge around leadership development, succession planning (for all levels of staff and volunteers), recruiting for the community sector, and retention of workers. The project involves the creation of a workshop series and toolkit of accompanying training materials to support members with these organizational needs. 

The Empowering Community Leadership project is funded by the Government of Canada’s Community Services Recovery Fund.
