Cette probl\u00e9matique est en partie due au fait que les membres de ces communaut\u00e9s ne tirent pas pleinement profit des services d\u2019emploi disponibles et que les organismes qui offrent ces services d\u2019emplois ne sont pas toujours en mesure de servir une client\u00e8le anglophone. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le RDR agit en qualit\u00e9 de fiduciaire pour douze organismes r\u00e9gionaux d\u2019expression anglaise du Qu\u00e9bec. Le RDR g\u00e8re, observe et \u00e9value les projets r\u00e9gionaux, puis en partage les r\u00e9sultats.
